The Asthma Foundation WA was founded in 1964 from the personal concern of a group of dedicated people, with the aim to help West Australians affected by asthma.
Fifty years on, the the Foundation has established itself as a leading community organisation that funds local research into asthma and provides education and support services for people with asthma, their families and carers.
In 2013 the Foundation of WA rebranded to reflect the history, the values and the new strategic direction of the Foundation enabling the Asthma Foundation WA to continue to deliver our vision and continue on our mission to work with the West Australian Community to help people with asthma and linked conditions breathe easier.
